The agricultural estate was built in the sixties and boasts 741 acres of land and 988 acres of forest which are used for various types of cultivation. The winery consists of 99 acres of vineyard, located around the castle. There are 36 stainless steel tanks in the winery, which are constantly monitored by electronic systems that ensure the correct temperature throughout the wine-making process and over 200 French oak barriques which form the backbone of the winery within the ageing phase of the wine.

Monte Vibiano Castle is a unique venue, in a spectacular setting on a hill. The walls of the castle date back two centuries before the birth of Christ and were renovated in the sixteenth century. The company also produces extra virgin olive oil and an unmistakable champagne. However, what gives Monte Vibiano its uniqueness is its green philosophy that has made Monte Vibiano the first Italian company to achieve zero emissions. To celebrate the opening of the winery’s new wine bar, you will be able to taste the the frozen olive oil, a real gem of the company, as well as wines by the glass accompanied by hot bruschette.
