Mauro Blasi is using all his energy in the search for the highest quality wine, through a superior varietal selection of the vineyards and exploitation of his newly improved winery. The use of new technologies and the expansion of the area reserved for ageing wine in barriques, ensures that the wine ferments and ages perfectly, in accordance with tradition. The company’s trademark is their use of local labour, which continues from generation to generation.

Gastronomic tours Gastronomic tours are an unique experience of wine tasting accompanied by the classic dishes of Umbrian cuisine Our tours include: • visit to the vineyards and the cellar of the estate • explanation of the different vinification • wine tasting in the wine-cellar • typical Umbrian buffet • Lunch/ dinner The activities listed above are organized in packages that can meet all the wishes and demands of lovers of good wine. Our tours are planned in: • Italian • English for groups of people consisting of a minimum of ten. We have a large parking area which offers the possibility to park buses. In addition to food and wine tours the capacity of our facilities can also offer accommodation and dinner to large groups of people in the Vigne di Pace farmhouse.
